Pickups change! Suhr

Hi everyone!

now as a new Band i play in is tuned to Eb
i restrung my Musicman Axis Sport with 11´s.

the sound wasn´t quite what i´ve been looking for .
so i decited to try new pickups .
i took 2 Doug Aldridge Humbuckers from Suhr! and.....wow
what a difference , i have a new guitar!:D:

now i think i will try suhr pickups on my G&l Legacy also!

Does anyone have a suhr with SSH who can recommend wich pickups i should take?

i´m thinking of the aldridge humbucker and the landau single coils

If I remember correctly, Tom has an SSV+ and two Fletcher Landau's in his Suhr, although I might be wrong...I'd take a listen to the Suhr demo he has on his Youtube page, he tries a few different pickup combinations.

Nice to hear that the Suhr pickups sound good, I'm considering putting some FL's in my Strat, possibly even a humbucker in the bridge depending on how it's routed.

I've had two suhrs w/ SSH+ and 2 v60lp's.. Love em to death.. One of them now has 3 v60lp's

so i´ll think of the SSV+ and SSV+

maybe they match better with the FL´s

The pickups are fantastic
i had a Joe Barden in the Neck position wich is a great PU

but the Suhr kick ass:D
