View Full Version : New Suhr on the way!

Hi guys!

After 8 months of patience my second Suhr Modern Custom is finally ready and shipped!It will be home in 10 days!

It's already in my dealer's hands,he sent me some pics!

It's a mahogany body with curly koa top , pau ferro neck and fretboard with MOP logo and dots.2 zebra Aldrich humbuckers with split on both and gotoh floyd.

Can't wait! :D

I also ordered a Suhr Modern 7 strings guitar(then I stop buying guitars),it might be home in August! :D

MAN, that's a beauty! I used to have the Ibanez Reb Beach signature way back, that had the same specs
as far as wood goes. LOVED the Pau Ferro neck!

This is some serious G.A.S!!!!!

Grats on that amazing instrument. I am thinking on making a Custom Suhr too. I am leaning more to the standard.

Very Sweet Modern Man! I love seeing how so many folks here are also Suhr players- Just got a modern a few months back and am already looking towards getting a second one... It seems once you go Suhr- not matter what other instruments you have- you just only want to play the Suhr heheh. Congrats man- those instruments look and sound off the hook!

Well,yeah,exactely!As you said,when I received my fisrt Suhr last year,I rather all my guitars and ordered 2 more Modern!This one and a 7 strings that will arrive in August!

The top looks like shaved animal skin from the pictures that are further out! Looks stunning! Love it!

I've had Suhr GAS a while. Bought a Vigier guitar, which is incredible. But nothing kills Suhr GAS :(

Thanks a lot man!I owned a Vigier Excalibur Custom and a Vigier Excalibur Supra 7 years ago,they are amazing guitars too!Congrats!
