If you lost your password, see the next question.

Lesson Search
You can get tips on how to use the Lesson Search by clicking here.
When clicking a lesson on the Lesson Search list, right-click the lesson, then select "Open in New Tab" or "Open in New Window". This way, you can just close the tab or window when you're done with a particular lesson, then return to the window where you made your original search selection.
Media
This can be due to one or both of the following reasons:
1. You either do not have Flash installed or have an outdated version. You can get the latest version of Flash here.
2. Javascript is disabled in your browser. You can enable javascript by going to your browser's Options panel. Look for javascript or scripting and click "enable".
This is most likely an issue with the speed of your internet connection. Due to the high quality of our videos, their size requires a fast internet connection to be optimally streamed. If you have a connection such as dial-up, we'd recommend upgrading to broadband.
