In this tutorial, we'll be learning a short etude taken from a song I wrote. The purpose of this etude is to practice our inside picking along with our outside picking. If you aren't sure what those picking types are, check out this tutorial.

Firstly, let's make sure we're aware of the type of rhythmic notes we're playing. If you look at the tab/notation below, you'll see that there are six notes for every beat. So we'll be playing sixteenth-note triplets.
