Lesson Excerpt: Alright, let me show you a pattern now that is really useful for your blues repertoire. Since your average blues is made up of only dominant 7th chords you can apply the pattern over each chord equally. I also added a few chromatic passing tones (notes that are not within the chord scale) when going from one scale tone to another. Whether you’re playing these intervals broken up or as double stops is entirely up to you!
