    Hi,

    I’m Curt, 22 years, I’m Belgian and half-American :D. Well, I play guitar and I sing, just for fun, I never play in concert…
    But when I’ll be ready, I really want to play concerts in my town, see how it works, if it’s good, if people like, …
    I have my own songs, but I need a professional gear to record myself, so actually I just post covers on youtube… It’s pretty good, I have good answers…

    My favorites bands/artists : Jimi Hendrix, Frank Zappa, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, The Meters, Parliament, Funkadelic, The Cure, Jane’s Addictions, and many more…

    I’m a huge fan of the Chili Peppers, but I prefer their starting, so the first album until One Hot Minute. Their baddest album is Stadium Arcadium, but their last album “I’m With You” is a bit better than the 3 last album (Cali/BTW/SA)…
    Well, it’s subjective, ah ah it’s just my point of view! šŸ˜€

    There’s another great artist in my heart : Neil Young, he’s just amazing. I prefer his first solos albums (68 -78), but there’s few new albums of him that I appreciate.

    Well… There’s 2 new American band I like :
    Larry And His Flask : they’re just awesome! Very sympathetic, I wish them all the best, very very good band! Do you ever heard about LAHF?
    And Hurray For The Riff Raff, but I never see them live. I like their album “Look Out Mama”.

    Sup Curt! Welcome dude. Yeah the Chili Peppers are a super solid band. Haven’t been following them for a while though, are they still together kickin’ out albums?

    Hi Sean,

    Yeah, now there’s a new guitarist, John Frusciante left the band, now it’s Josh Klinghoffer. (At the end of Frusciante’s period, the Chili’s were 5, but Josh was not in front, when they played live, Josh was on the background… I didn’t like that… He played for the band, but the 4 other members left him behind in the dark ah ah Or it’s maybe because Josh is shy, but well… I had pity for him when I saw that)

    Their last album is “I’m With You” (2011), I prefer this album instead of : Californication, By The Way and Stadium Arcadium.
    For the first time they are playing concerts in Africa. (But only in South Africa).

    I saw them live in Germany, at Gelsenkirchen, it was on the Schalke 04 Stadium (a soccer stadium), It was really good, except maybe, that was on a stadium, so the echo was big… So the sound was not really really good.

    Next time I see them live, I won’t chose a concert were they play on a stadium ^^
