    Hi all,

    Today Alice in Chains released their latest record/CD/album entitled ‘Black Gives Way To Blue’. If you get a chance to listen to this you really should. Jerry Cantwell’s guitar work really is top notch. A very tight album even in the absence of Layne Staley.

    Kudos to Alice in Chains: well done. And welcome back.

    I agree on the guitar tone. And the production is nice. Vocally its a strong album too. Overall I thought there were 3 “Good” songs on it. And a lot of filler.

    Now I will say that I’m not a huge fan of this kind of music. So I’m not surprised at my review. I do like AIC though. And Facelift is my fave by them.

    Definately a fan of the new one. Very skeptical goin in but its really good….
