Very good! I really liked the tone and the mood you set. Whats the backing track? There were some good drums in there!

    Thanks Rohan. šŸ™‚

about the backing. I just used a drum loop from addictive drums and just laid down a rhythm part to it.

I don’t have the patients to program drums with my mouse. šŸ™‚

    Yo TJ!

I dug it man. I’ve always liked your vibrato and you got some great tone out of some of the bends. Some of those phrases weren’t fully connected, but I’m sure you know that. šŸ˜Ž Keep it up man.

And nice book in the background! šŸ˜‰

Nice work TJ! As Sean said, you have a great vibrato which immediately gives your playing a very controlled sound. Nice tone and feel. I have to say I’m very impressed.

    GREAT vibrato and tone bro!
Might want to work on your timing though,
you’re floating adrift quite often, and seldom nail
anything together with the backing. It’s always cool
when you hear someone take notice of the backing they’re playing over
and using good timing and rhythm to accentuate their playing,
apart from just playing in the right key.

    And @ Richard.

That is probably my biggest problem right now.. is just my general timing.. I never really knew how to work on this though.. Any advice would be helpfull..

    Hey TJ,

I’d highly recommend studying Richard’s Timing tutorial if you haven’t already:

Some killer stuff in there that should help your timing immensely. šŸ™‚
