I cant say I know of any ‘free’ software which you can download. Although Im sure it exists. I’ll keep my eyes open.

If your after something particular. I might be able to put some together for you.

I would really like to have some double bass metal drums at around 120bpm.Just something i could jam and make up riff’s too.If you could do something like that i would really apperciate.
    Thanks

    Hey Dan,

I’d recommend starting with some software like Anvil Studio: http://www.anvilstudio.com. You can program your own instruments including drums. Really cool midi software. Definitely a good tool for composing and practicing. Sampling the midis with realistic instrument sounds is another story and would need additional software, but Anvil can at least get you started if you want to compose your own backing track ideas.

Thanks Sean, but for some reason the site didnt work.Maybe its down right now?Defintly would love to find some already made drum beats.I found a thing for fuity loops but you had to make your own drum beats and im definatly no drummer.
