This is an improv I did over a blues backing track for the John Petrucci Forums Monthly Jam.

It is tough to keep coming up with something interesting for a full 6 minutes, but I tried my best. Check it out and let me know what you think. Like it, didn’t like it, comments, tips, criticisms, anything helpful would do. lol

Cool take man! I liked it a lot. Very relaxing vibe. Who made the backing track?

I think it’s one that blueEbola had on his hard drive.

I’m a member of the petrucci forum myself, are you participating in this months jam with that take you done on the backing track?
Very relaxing and you done a good job of creating tension and releasing it when necessary throughout the piece.

Thanks for the kind words. Yes I am entering it, and what you have heard is what I entered. But when the time comes to listen to everyone’s takes and give criticisms, try to act like it’s the first time you heard it. šŸ˜‰
