This is a lick in the style of Stevie Ray Vaughan. Nothing says blues like an occasional nod to one of the greats. Many players try to emulate Stevie to the point of unoriginality. Be careful to become your own player. This lick is fun to play, and will catch the audience's ear. Familiarity is sometimes a useful tool. Practice it slowly and carefully until you can get it up to a tempo that burns like SRV was famous for.
