  • Post

I went out and decided to spoil myself this christmas so I maxed out my credit cards and bought this beauty.
Plays like a dream and got a deal on it because one of the dudes i go to school with works at Guitar Center.

Moved this to the Guitar forum since it’s a guitar.

Dude congrats! That is awesome. It’s hard to tell with the lighting but is that the mystic dream model? Absolutely gorgeous man. That’ll look sweet in your vids! šŸ˜‰

ok, I didn’t know which forum to put it in.

It’s actually in a blue sapphire finish. They had a mystic dream finish there with the JP inlays but I ended up saving $100 if i bought this one without the JP inlays, and to me $100 is a nice chunk of change. haha But this one is still brand new. they also had a Ball family reserve model there but someone snatched it up in an hour anyways.

Now I’m gonna have to sell one or 2 of my guitars in order to get the money to pay this off when my credit card bill comes in at the end of next month.

Congrats man! A friend of mine would kill for that guitar – he wants it so badly but can’t afford it šŸ™‚ That sure is a great Christmas present šŸ™‚ Wish you loads of hours of pleasure with that baby šŸ™‚

nice axe!! . I picked up a new classical, or should I say A classical, guitar last week. It’s a cheapy like my last one but has a real nice sound for the price I paid. No pickups in it though šŸ™ nor do i have any good instrument mic’s at hand so I doubt you will get to hear it anytime soon.

ps; I like your planetary wall paper šŸ™‚ You have reminded me of those glowing star stickers you put on the roof . Im going to have to go buy some now :p

haha, thanks. I’ve had that border up since I was 7. And those star stickers… I do actually have those on my ceiling. šŸ™‚ They look great when all the lights are off.

    It’s missing a string.

But seriously, awesome guitar. Seen the new versions of the JP model? I’m not much for em myself, much prefer the one you got.

Yeah, I have seen the BFR’s, but I didn’t really get a chance to try it out when i went to GC that day.

and your right, it is missing a string. I’m sure it will turn up one of these days. :p

I could, but I had to use my “many many strings” money to pay off the credit cards. haha

And I saved more than just $100 my friend. It helps when you have friends who work at GC. šŸ˜‰
