Here's an E7 arpeggio I use a lot in my playing. Note that I'm playing these unrehearsed and in real time. So the tabs might be slightly different. This is fine as long as you understand the overall concept of what I'm trying to do and can apply it to your own practice routine!
Here are the subdivisions broken down:
1/4 Note, 1/4 Note Triplets, 1/8 Note, 1/8 Note Triplets, 1/16 Note, 1/16 Note Triplets
