Picking Inside - String Skipping

Here we'll do a little expansion on the last exercise. We'll use the exact same chord progression, except we're going to incorporate some string skipping.

Look at all the notes in groups of 4. If you look at the first 4 notes, it's identical to the last lesson. However, the next group of 4 notes are different. You'll notice that after you play the A string on an upstroke, you'll skip down to the G string on a downstroke.

Whether we're playing on adjacent strings or if we're skipping strings, we want to be comfortable using inside and outside picking.
