Time to get working on the 5 scale positions!
There are a number of ways you can visualize these shapes to make it easier for yourself. There are 2 methods which you can try. Either you can think completely in A minor (dorian) or you can think A minor on the lower 3 strings and E minor on the upper three strings.
I find doing both beneficial, as always. ;-) But for now I recommend that you try the latter as it is easier to visualize. Don't forget the former though as it is extremely important that you look at things from as many different perspectives as possible.
