Sweeps a la Frank Gambale: Breakdown

I'd like to leave you with another way to approach using this type of sweep.

In the final example we will view the notes as being related to the (A minor) pentatonic scale rather than thinking of them as 4th voicings.

When we approach it this way we are able to open doors into new ways of thinking and ultimately get more out of what we have learned.

The same rhythmic approach can be applied in this final example as used earlier.
