The riffs and picking are pretty straightforward in this piece, but be sure to examine the tablature closely so you don't miss any details. Also, there a few exceptions, but most of the notes we'll be playing in this piece are sixteenth notes.
In the first 4 bars of this exercise, you'll be using strictly alternate picking. Also, every note on the Low E string will be palm muted.
In the last 4 bars, you'll continue using alternate picking as you start to play the notes in groupings of 2.
