Drop Tuned Chord Voicings - Major Triad & add9

Mike Salow 210 lessons

The first couple chords will be a major chord and a major add9 chord.

Listen very closley to the explanation in the video and make sure to avoid the high E string while playing the major triad.

However in most situations an add9 will fit fine. I tend to only play major add9 chords whenever I use these voicings.

This is a stetch so again, try not to strain to reach the notes. It may be helpful to warm up first.
